Long Beach is no longer the independent company it used to be. Technically it is part of Washington Mutual, through it’s acquisition of North American.Try PCFS out of Cincinati or New Century 85% with 550 score
Wells Fargo, Union Federal and Country Wide will do FHA loans , there are others who won’t come to my mind at the moment. fgm
I need to find someone that will either cobroker a FHA loan on a MH or will do it outright.
